As Midwest Bank Corp grows so does the need to increase technical support for new employees to integrate them into the computer system. The company has decided to increase their help desk staff so that one technician can be assigned exclusively to each new bank with the title Personal Tech Rep. The human resources director will be interviewing six candidates to hire the first Personal Tech Rep. Your students will watch each of the short interviews, evaluate the applicants and decide who should be hired.

Jason is the owner of Airplay Sports & Espresso, a coffee shop. He has two locations, but is planning on closing both to open in East Heights, the new place to be in the city. Unfortunately, one shop doesn’t need two staffs. Some employees have left voluntarily, but Jason still needs to let one person go. He is going to interview six employees and then make a decision! Your students will watch each of the short interviews, evaluate the employees and decide who Jason should fire. 

 

Who Would You Promote? © 2018
Whenever possible, Industry Direct promotes from within. The human resource director has been assigned the task of filling the position of sales team leader. This person is responsible for the efficient operation of a sales team of 15 to 20 customer service representatives. She will be interviewing six candidates who are currently customer service reps on the sales team. Your students will watch each of the short interviews, evaluate the employees and decide who should be promoted to sales team leader.

 

Each video is between 28 - 34 minutes and includes with a printable facilitators guide.
