Ordering
Shopping Cart: You may order online using our secure Shopping Cart if you are paying with a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit card, and if you are shipping via standard ground shipping within the U.S. or Canada. Otherwise, please order by mail, fax, or telephone.

Mail, Fax, Telephone: If you are ordering by mail or fax, please use an authorized purchase order from your school or institution, or include prepayment in full, including shipping and appropriate sales tax (in California). Shipping & Handling
For shipping and handling within the United States or Canada, please add 8% to your subtotal. California residents must also add appropriate sales tax. Our minimum shipping charge is $6.50, and our maximum charge is $95.00, on any single order shipping to a single address.

Most orders ship within one business day, and normal delivery time is 5 to 10 business days to the U.S. and Canada. For next-day or 2nd-day shipments, or for shipments outside the United States, please call or email us for rates. All international orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds or by credit card. All taxes, duties, and/or customs are your responsibility. Our toll-free number is 1-800-359-5437.

Privacy Policy
We will not share any of your private information (name, address, phone number, email address, credit card information) with any other party except as necessary to fulfill your order.

Guarantee
If you find that our product does not meet your needs, simply return it in saleable condition within 60 days for a refund or credit. To arrange for a return, call our toll free number 1-800-359-5437. Shipping & handling charges will not be refunded.

Previewing
We are pleased to offer one of the friendliest preview policies in the business. If you represent an institution—a school, a library, a youth service agency, or another such group—you may preview up to two videos for 30 days at no cost (except for return shipping). If you decide not to purchase, just return the merchandise to us in saleable condition. Your 30 day preview period begins when you receive the materials. To request a preview, or to receive more information, call (800) 359-5437 or e-mail us. Be sure to specify (by title) which materials (videos only) you wish to preview. Or request a demo video (see below).

Perhaps you'd like a highlights (demo) video!
As an alternative to previewing all the programs in a series, you may request a highlights tape or DVD for any series listed below. These highlights videos include portions of every video or CD ROM in a series. It's a convenient way for you to preview an entire series in a short time. And you can keep it for free.
