The DVDs give teens the opportunity to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the dramatized job applicants and decide who they think should get the job.
The series includes two dvds totaling 50 minutes in length, alongside two activity CDs full of discussion questions, writing assignments, and printable evaluation forms to use with the video interviews.
